Patrick Mahaffey

Patrick Mahaffey is a seasoned engineer and entrepreneur with a robust academic and professional background. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, where he developed a strong foundation in both technical and analytical skills.

Patrick began his career in North Carolina with a private engineering firm, where he gained valuable experience in various engineering disciplines. Seeking broader opportunities, he returned to Texas to work in the oil field, further diversifying his expertise and understanding of industrial applications.

In a significant career transition, Patrick delved into the real estate sector in San Antonio. This exploration led him to join an acquisition team in 2015, where he played a key role in identifying and securing strategic real estate investments. Building on this success, Patrick co-founded NT Management in 2019 with partners Mike Powell and Mitch Stephen. At NT Management, he has focused on land development, specializing in civil engineering and infrastructure projects that contribute to community growth and urban development.

In 2023, Patrick expanded his entrepreneurial ventures by launching his own septic design business, leveraging his engineering background to provide innovative and efficient solutions for waste management.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Patrick is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for hunting, sporting clays, and golfing. His diverse interests reflect his dynamic personality and commitment to balancing professional success with personal enjoyment.
