Created by Mike Powell and Patrick Mahaffey, the Land Collective Mastermind is comprised of 25-40 business partners who share a passion for Land Development and Creative Financing. Members of the Mastermind are committed to learning by connecting with industry leaders to exchange knowledge, share invaluable insights, and explore new approaches to advancing our businesses to the next level. The essence of the Land Collective Mastermind is rooted in mutual support and accountability, where members exchange management strategies, discuss effective business practices, and explore avenues for land development, real estate expansion and creative financing.
